MakersLAB.TV S1E5 - Car Window Decal, Laser Engraving Metal Tested and New Stock from AM Warehouse

Sponsorship and Branding- Vehicle window wrapping

Landford Agencies branded the back of a client’s car window with the different organizations that sponsored him with the sound system in his motor vehicle. This was his way to pay homage to them. The vinyl was printed using AM’s large format printer.

Merchandise in AM’s warehouse

The warehouse is packed with old and new stock. This always ensures the availability of machinery, accessories and spares for when there is a demand.

Laser reflection glitches

Engraving on metal is not as easy as it seems. Why do I say this? The laser tube produces a laser that goes through mirrors. If you engrave on the metal it will bounce back into the laser through the mirror and back into the tube. This will destroy your laser.

Appropriate and safe way to engrave on metal:

Apply generous coats of the thermal liquid on the metal and then and then proceed onto engraving. Once this is done the metal plate is then dunked into the water and cleaned up.
