Creating a Full Colour Printed Customized Design Mouse-pad by Sublimation Printing Heat Press
A good number of people these days don’t care to buy a mouse pad for their computer setup because they are under the impression that their mouse can move on the worktable without the need of a level surface that a mouse pad can provide. Unfortunately, only a few people are aware of the fact that by doing so the longevity of their mouse and worktable will be decreased. In turn, mousepads help boost the lifespan of both your mouse and desk.
Additionally, mouse pads help beautify your workstation. They have the best decorative effect on your computer arrangement in opposition to a level, uncomplimentary and plain surface of your worktable.
Worktables collect dirt and dust bits easily and gradually; this decreases the efficiency of your mouse and makes it dirty as well. Naturally, your mouse will wear out overtime, but the truth is, buying new a mouse pad is much more convenient than replacing a worktable damaged from all the dragging. Why not buy a mousepad or make one yourself?
With the Heatware heat press from AM.CO.ZA, you can sublimate a design of your choice onto a mousepad by following a few easy steps.
Follow these easy steps to sublimate your mouse pad using AM’s Heatware heat press :
• Ensure that you print your design in a mirror version. The image or wording of your design will be reversed again in the heat press, that way you will get the design that you wanted in the first place.
• Adjust the settings of your temperature, time, and pressure on the heat press machine.
• Put your mouse pad inside the heat press.
• Put your printed transfer faced down on the mouse pad.
• Place Teflon sheet over mouse pad and secure it with thermal tape.
• As soon as you have put the mouse pad perfectly in place and the print into the press, bring the handle down.
• Press the start button for the transfer to commence.
• As soon as the time has expired, open the heat press, and remove the mouse pad and then peel off the transfer paper.
