Multilayered Enamel Painted Chromadek Fiber Laser Engrave Multicolour Artwork Cool Ideas

In the world of art and innovation, experimentation often leads to groundbreaking discoveries. In a recent project, a creative mind decided to push the boundaries of traditional art by combining a chromadeck sheet with Fiber Laser Engraving. The goal? To transform a simple piece of chromadek into a vibrant, multi-coloured masterpiece using spray paint and cutting-edge Fiber Laser Engraving technology, for sale by AM.CO.ZA.

Spray Painting the Canvas: The journey begins with chromadeck, a canvas ready to absorb the burst of colours. Layers of spray paint are applied, building a vibrant tapestry on the board. Each layer contributes to the complexity and depth of the final artwork. The backdrop, an array of colours, sets the stage for the fusion of traditional and technological artistry.

Fiber Laser Engraving Process: With the chromadeck adorned in an array of colours, the next step involves bringing in the Fiber Laser Machine to add the magic touch. We will be engraving just enough to reveal each colour. Each colour was created as a separate layer in LabelMark allowing one to selectively engrave one layer at a time.

Controlled Artistic Expression: One intriguing aspect of this artistic experiment is the use of continuous engraving. Unlike traditional methods that engrave the entire design in one go, continuous engraving allows one to pause at any moment. Adjusting the settings such as speed and power allows one to control the process visually. This unconventional approach gives us the ability to stop the engraving when satisfied with a specific colour, even if it's midway through the design.

Technical Settings: We opt for continuous engraving over one engraving at a time. We chose a speed of 200 mm/s and a power setting of 100. This decision is driven by the desire to have greater control over the engraving process, enabling one to halt it at the perfect moment.

Unexpected Outcomes: Despite not achieving the exact colours initially envisioned, the result is satisfactory. The continuous engraving technique gave the control needed for the job. The final product, a bespoke design, showcases a blend of traditional spray painting and cutting-edge Fiber Laser engraving.
